Affordable Massage Therapy in Davis, CA
Recommended Rate is $50 per 30-minute session and $70-$90 for a 45-minute session.
- We take cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
- Sliding scale is available between $35-$90, honor system, pay what you can, for returning clients. The idea is to pay what you can afford to get the number of treatments you need. If you need the sliding scale for your first time appointment, please book with Alyx and just pay what you can between $35-50, no questions asked.
- We do not offer longer sessions. Rather, we encourage you to come in more frequently, as it is more effective.
- Insurance not available at this time.
- Tips are not expected or required, but anything over the top of the sliding scale is considered a tip (and is always appreciated!).
If you would like to purchase a pre-paid card, you can do so here. (Its says donation on the payment page instead of payment because the Square system only allows us to take variable rates under their "donation" system, sorry if this causes confusion)
30-minute sessions:
- 1 massage: $35-50
- 2 massages: $70-100
- 3 massages: $105-150
- 4 massages: $140-200
- 5 massages: $ 175-250
45-minute sessions:
- 1 massage: $70-90
- 2 massages: $140-180
- 3 massages: $210-270
- 4 massages: $280-360
- 5 massages: $350-450
The dollar amount will be put on the pre-paid card as a credit. You will find your card in the pre-paid card box at the checkout desk. At each visit place it in the paybox. Your session will be marked and the card returned to the box for your next session.
Gift certificates are not available but you can assign a pre-paid card to another person.
Discounts
1) Please consider pre-paying an extra session as a pay-it-forward massage for someone in need. If you feel you need a massage for a critical acute/emergency situation or chronic care situation and cannot afford it, please take advantage of our pay-it-forward system, as available. If it is a true emergency, please go to the Emergency Room or a Critical Care clinic.
2) All survivors of California wildfires (up to 2 years post-disaster) receive two free massages every month during regularly scheduled open clinic days, please book ahead.
To schedule your appointment:
24 hour advance notice is strongly suggested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They may be charged for their missed appointment if it is recurring problem.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. I reserve the right to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you may be held responsible for the full scheduled session.
