We are not taking walk-ins during COVID, only appointments. All available appointments can be seen in the booking software and can be scheduled up to two hours ahead.

FRAGRANCE & CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY POLICY:

As a reminder, we are a fragrance free facility due to practitioner sensitivities. Wearing cologne/perfume or any other scents that interfere with air quality will result in refusal of service, at the discretion of the therapist. For example, please be mindful of shower products, laundry detergents, and deodorant which may linger for many hours.

We also ask that you avoid wearing underclothes with black dyes.

CLOTHING:

- Loose material (like pajamas)

If seeing Alyx:
- 100% cotton (sorry, no cotton-blends)
- Any color, except black or grey dyes
- Washed in fragrance free detergent (no dryer sheets either)
- We also have cotton pants and shirts you can change into

CANCELATION POLICY:

Please communicate with us and plan ahead as much as possible so your therapists can afford to keep serving you and your fellow community members can access high quality, affordable massage. We operate "at cost" without profit margins. In most cases we don't assess a late cancelation/no-show fee but we always appreciate if you can pitch in an extra $20 at your next session to cover the cost of lost wages.
